50+ releases across physical and digital products since 2010. The visual identity of the label is a key feature of our work, we regularly collaborate with specialists in design, digital, photography and moving image to deliver a release project. The label has launched the career of two Mercury Award winners Jamie xx and Jessie Ware, as well as internationally renowned producers Hudson Mohawke, Rustie and Sophie.

Along with the other partners in Numbers I select the upcoming releases for the label, providing creative feedback and advice to our artists. My main role is label and production management, this involves - maintaining our overall release schedule; managing suppliers to ensure project deadlines and in turn release dates are met; oversight of press/marketing and distributor deadlines to maximise publicity for each release.
