THINGS I LOVE…

Music: has always been a huge part of life; I am an avid record collector and have been a known DJ for 10+ years playing around Scotland and UK.

Food: is my other real passion. I regularly spend weekends hosting friends for dinner and hunting out the latest spots. I’ve also started work on some side projects too – a private dining event called Pork for Dorks and my own line of Hot Sauces called Cleaver’s Kitchen.

The Great Outdoors: and in particular hill walking in the Scottish countryside is one of my main past times. Over the last few years I’ve got a group together called the Hipster Hill Walking Club (take from the name what you may…) who now regularly bag Munro’s around Scotland.

Travel: is another big part of my life, I’ve travelled extensively including a year long around the world trip, as well as a year living in Tokyo. More recently I’ve climbed Kilimanjaro, which was an amazing experience and it’s a goal to summit some more of the world’s biggest mountains.
